THE ENCYCLOPEDIA of GLOBAL GOVERNANCE

THE ENCYCLOPEDIA of GLOBAL GOVERNANCE OVER LOCAL INTEREST

This document was shared with me and it was written and thoroughly researched by a Canadian couple about the world in which we live in. The document itself is quite lenghty but so important for all Canadians to read and understand how global organizations and NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations ) have such an effect on our local governments often in a negative way. It was written about the city of Vancouver but it applies to all cities and communities in Canada. I will be putting information from the document on here in smaller parts.
Part 1
It was prepared by Susan Scobie & Neill Cumberbirch. Vancouver B.C., 2026. It describes how to erode the sovereignty of nation states primarily by the transference of environmental policy-making to a global entity. Following increased references by the Canadian Prime Minister and others to the coming of the “New World Order” this Encyclopedia of Global Governance Over Local Interest becomes mandatory reading for anyone wishing a better understanding of the forces leading events in our time.
The authors describe the document as follows:
This document was researched, compiled and organized to demonstrate the degree to which global institutions such as the World Economic Forum, the United Nations and affiliated UN specialized agencies such as the World Health Organization, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, academia, thinktanks, foundations and NGOs have had on all levels of government. We will refer to the sum of these groups as the Network. Global governance would depend on Nation States’ voluntary acceptance of a higher authority’s control measures in exchange for sovereignty.

It"s all your fault
The Network figured out early on that to establish a centralized one world government it would be necessary to erode the sovereignty of nation states primarily by the transference of environmental policy-making to a global entity. The populace had to be kept fearful of catastrophic global warming and therefore willing to accept imposed solutions requiring personal sacrifice. To be even more effective, the public had to be made to feel responsible for the problem and therefore guilty.
Alexander King and Bertrand Schneider, in a Club of Rome report (1993) declared that: “The common enemy of humanity is man. In searching for a new enemy to unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself.”
Throughout the 1980’s, anthropogenic global warming catastrophe was increasingly pushed into the public mind leading, up to the famous U.S. Energy and Natural Resource Committee meeting on June 21,1988, the hottest day of the year in Washington DC. The keynote speaker was James Hansen, Columbia University climatologist, about the impending overheating of the planet if left unchecked. Senator Timothy Wirth, committee member, stage-managed the event to maximize public and media impact by opening windows and shutting off the air conditioning to excessively heat up the room. Over the years, Environmentalism became embedded in the public consciousness and it evolved into a unifying form of religion. The awesome power and beauty of Nature was seen as sacred. The problems identified were seen to be so severe that a complete reset in thinking and behaviour would be required. The utilization of the psychic energy which had developed around the environmental movement was captured, amplified and used as an instrument to advance the global agenda of total control.
